Position: Field Sales Executive

Job Type: Full-time
Role Overview:
The Field Sales Executive (FSE) will oversee and ensure the seamless execution of field-level
activities related to mobile refurbishment.
This role requires on-ground problem-solving, vendor coordination, and process
optimization to maintain the highest standards of product quality and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Retailer Onboarding:
Identify, approach, and onboard new retailers to expand the companys market presence and
ensure seamless integration into the sales network.
2. Sales Execution:
Drive sales by promoting the companys products, meeting assigned targets, and maintaining
strong relationships with retailers to maximize business growth.
3. Payment Reconciliation:
Track, manage, and ensure accurate reconciliation of payments and outstanding balances to
maintain financial clarity and minimize discrepancies.
4. Customer Support:
Address retailer and customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a high level of
customer satisfaction.
5. App Installation & Training:
Facilitate the installation of the company's mobile app for retailers and provide hands-on training
to optimize app usage for sales and operations.
6. Marketing Initiatives:
Promote company offerings through marketing campaigns, in-store branding, and merchandising
to increase product visibility and engagement.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
1. Education: Any Graduate
2. Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in field operations, mobile refurbishment, or a related
industry.
3. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with mobile device quality standards and refurbishment
processes.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting
with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
5. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
7. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and data reporting tools.
8. Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently to different locations.
