Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative- Painting Service located in Thrissur. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets. The role involves presenting our home care solutions to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Representative will also be responsible for working closely with the service delivery team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on sales and customer relationship management
  • Experience in lead generation, market research, and achieving sales targets
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and handle customer inquiries professionally
  • Experience in DSR role or paint industry or related industries preferred
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
