1. Billing & Documentation

· Prepare RA bills, final bills, and subcontractor bills as per contract terms.

· Verify quantities from drawings, site measurements, and DPRs.

· Prepare BOQ, rate analysis, and cost estimation.

· Maintain records of extra items, deviation statements, change orders, etc.

· Prepare and monitor material reconciliation statements.

2. Coordination & Verification

· Coordinate with the site execution team to verify measurements and progress.

· Interact with clients/consultants for bill certification and clarifications.

· Verify subcontractor bills against site work and agreements.

3. Contracts & Compliance

· Ensure billing is aligned with contract clauses, specifications, and drawings.

· Support the project team in variation claims, escalation, and billing disputes.

· Maintain all billing-related data in soft and physical formats.

4. Reporting & Analysis

· Prepare monthly billing reports, cost tracking sheets, and MIS.

· Assist in budget preparation and cash flow forecasts.

· Highlight discrepancies in quantities, rates, or work done.

Required Skills

· Strong knowledge of measurement techniques, BOQ, rate analysis.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, and billing software.

· Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

· Strong communication and coordination skills.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in technology or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in same role .
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of billing and vendor dealing .
