Position: Extruder Engineer

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Location: Bahadurgarh

Department: Production / Manufacturing

Reporting To: Production Manager / Plant Head

Job Summary:

The Extruder Engineer will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining extrusion machines to ensure smooth production and high-quality output. The role includes troubleshooting machine issues, optimizing process parameters, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor extrusion machines as per production requirements.
• Set machine parameters and adjust settings to achieve desired product specifications.
• Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance of extrusion equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and process-related issues during production.
• Maintain documentation of machine performance, production reports, and quality records.
• Ensure product quality by monitoring dimensions, appearance, and material consistency.
• Coordinate with the maintenance and quality departments for smooth workflow.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment.
• Assist in process improvement and machine optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Plastics, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in extrusion operations (PVC/PP/PE/Plastic extrusion preferred).
• Strong knowledge of extrusion processes and machine settings.
• Ability to read technical drawings and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Good understanding of production quality standards.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
