About The Opportunity
Join a fast-paced offline marketing team focused on delivering high-impact retail activations, experiential events, and trade-marketing programs that drive footfall, conversion, and brand equity. You will own client relationships and the flawless execution of on-ground campaigns—from brief to post-campaign reporting—working closely with creative, operations, and vendor partners.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of offline campaigns and retail activations: scope, planning, vendor selection, execution, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Serve as the primary client contact for assigned accounts—manage briefs, align expectations, and provide timely status updates and performance reporting.
  • Coordinate vendors, field teams, and agency partners to ensure POSM rollout, merchandising, and activation standards are met on schedule and within budget.
  • Monitor on-ground performance via retail audits, field checks, and KPI tracking; identify issues and implement corrective actions in real time.
  • Prepare campaign budgets, cost reconciliations, and ROI reports; optimize spends and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, CRM records, and post-mortem learnings to improve processes and client satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have

  • 3+ years of experience in offline marketing, field marketing, trade marketing, or retail activation roles.
  • Proven client-facing experience managing end-to-end offline campaigns and vendor relationships.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for budget tracking, reconciliations, and KPI dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and maintaining activity logs for on-ground campaigns.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of POSM execution, merchandising standards, and retail audit processes.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work on-site across retail locations and events.

Preferred

  • Experience with shopper marketing or experiential agency environments.
  • Exposure to large-format events, activation budgets, and multi-city rollouts.
  • Familiarity with digital-to-offline measurement and basic analytics tools.
