Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Team Lead with a strong background in digital marketing and SEO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our technical team, ensuring the successful execution of SEO strategies, and driving the team towards achieving set goals. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership abilities to effectively guide and support the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the technical team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search performance and drive traffic to clients' websites.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and development, to ensure alignment and successful execution of SEO initiatives.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and SEO, and ensure the team is well-informed and trained on these developments.
Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, using data to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and meeting client expectations.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and insights on project progress and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SEO, ensuring optimal website functionality and performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing and SEO, with a track record of successful project management and team leadership.
Strong understanding of SEO principles, tools, and techniques, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and link building.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website development processes.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

Preferred Qualifications:
