Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to build a career in email marketing. You will be trained to identify potential industries, collect high-quality leads, and manage large-scale email outreach campaigns to drive leads for our web design, development, and digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential businesses based on market demand and keyword trends.
  • Collect email leads from search engines and open-source directories using guided techniques.
  • Execute bulk email outreach campaigns using approved tools and methods.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance (open rates, bounce rates, and responses).
  • Maintain accurate spreadsheets and records of leads and campaign data.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to improve results and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in building a career in email marketing and lead generation.
  • Basic knowledge of search engines, keyword research, and online market trends (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets / Excel for organizing data.
  • Good written English communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
