Role Overview:

The Email Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying trending industries, scraping high-potential leads, managing large-scale email outreach, and mentoring junior talent. You will play a key role in driving qualified leads for our web design, development, and digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential businesses by analyzing keyword trends and market demand.
  • Extract email leads from SERPs, search engines, and open-source directories using manual and formula-based techniques.
  • Execute bulk email outreach campaigns (7,000–8,000 emails daily) using approved tools and methods.
  • Monitor campaign performance: open rates, bounce rates, responses, and improve based on analytics.
  • Maintain accurate, organized spreadsheets for leads and campaign data.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on lead scraping, email tools, and campaign practices.
  • Contribute to SOPs, internal documentation, and team skill-building initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, preferably in lead generation for digital services (web, SEO, branding, etc.).
  • Strong working knowledge of scraping techniques, keyword research, and international market targeting.
  • Experience with bulk email tools such as Gmass, Mailshake, Instantly, Lemlist, etc.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets / Excel) for database management.
  • Strong understanding of deliverability best practices and anti-spam compliance.
  • Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
