Job Description : As a Java Backend Developer specializing in System Design, you will play a crucial role in architecting, designing, and developing scalable backend services that support our applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers, to ensure seamless integration of systems and optimal performance. Responsibilities :

  • Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems.
  • Architect and implement scalable backend solutions using Java and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  • Optimize performance and ensure reliability, scalability, and security of backend services.
  • Conduct code reviews, write automated tests, and maintain code quality and documentation.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve system architecture and development processes.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7 + years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
  • Proven expertise in system design, including designing microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
  • Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL databases).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
