What You'll Do

  • Lead and inspire cross-functional engineering and AI teams to deliver high-impact products.
  • Define and drive the technology roadmap for Verdantis' AI-powered MRO platform.
  • Build and scale next-gen solutions across Java, , React, and modern AI stacks.
  • Be hands on from architecture design to code reviews and innovation sprints.
  • Collaborate with product, data, and business teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Champion best practices in software design, scalability, and performance.
  • Foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and accountability.

What We're Looking For

  • 15+ years of software engineering experience, including 3–5 years leading teams.
  • Strong technical expertise in Java, JSP, , React, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Proven track record in AI and building enterprise-grade SaaS platforms.
  • Deep passion for AI, product development, and innovation.
  • Experience in working with Global customers in North America, Middle East and Australia
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in MRO, ERP, or data-driven systems is a big plus
  • Experience with microservices architecture, container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker), and modern frontend frameworks.
