Job Description

Role Overview: As a Data Scientist at Lupin, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets. You will build predictive models, perform data wrangling, and deliver actionable insights that support business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, SQL, Excel, and Databricks, with experience in data visualization, machine learning, and statistical modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Develop machine learning models to solve business problems and improve decision-making.
  • Create reports and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Design and implement data pipelines for efficient processing and analysis of large data sets.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Leverage Databricks to process and analyze data in a scalable and efficient manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data science and machine learning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling.
  • Experience with SQL for querying and managing databases.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to perform complex data analysis and create pivot tables, charts, and reports.
  • Experience with Databricks for large-scale data processing and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization techniques.
  • Experience in data wrangling, data cleaning, and preprocessing.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Work Experience

3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
