Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Senior Data Scientist
with a strong background in
Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in data science and machine learning, including at least 2 years working specifically with Generative AI or LLMs. This role is critical to driving innovation, automation, and intelligent decision-making across BFSI applications.

Key Responsibilities

AI/ML Development & Deployment

  • Identify AI use cases and develop tools for successful prototype delivery.
  • Design and deploy AI-powered solutions to improve operational efficiency, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Build and integrate AI models with BFSI systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and scalable cloud-based infrastructure.

LLMOps Execution

  • Manage end-to-end LLMOps activities including:
  • Data preparation
  • Model training
  • Model deployment
  • Model monitoring

Project Transition & Integration

  • Lead the smooth transition of the
    voice and vernacular transactions project
    from the incumbent IT service provider.
  • Implement
    WhatsApp integration
    to support customer-initiated and distributor-initiated transactions.

Customer Collaboration

  • Work closely with clients to identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements and automation across business functions.

GenAI Support – L2/L3 Responsibilities

  • Provide L2/L3 support for GenAI applications:
  • Troubleshoot application breakdowns and data pipeline issues
  • Address LLM response deviations and update/customize prompts
  • Support backend code updates for dependent frameworks
  • Ensure stability and performance of deployment pipelines

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in data science and machine learning
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI or LLMs
  • Strong understanding of BFSI domain and regulatory standards
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML frameworks
  • Experience with LLMOps tools and practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
