  • Printing of Loan Documents and Files Prepared.
  • Drafting and Checking of 13(2) Notices
  • Printing and Dispatch
  • Publication of 13(2) Notice
  • Arrangement of Postal Receipts and Tracking Reports.
  • Procuring hard copies of newspaper publication
  • Replies of 13-3A notices received from borrowers.
  • Tracking & management of Notices.
  • Symbolic possession notice issued on or after 61st Day of 13(2) Notice Publication.
  • Physical Possession notices issued as and when requested by the collection team
  • Affixation/ Execution of the notice.
  • Publication within 7 days of execution of the notice
  • Reissuance of Notices of the request of collection team
  • 13 (3A) - Objections against 13(2) Notice
  • Disposal of Objections within 15 Days from the date of receipt
  • Arrangement of Postal Receipts and Tracking Reports
