  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Experience with business process modelling tools (e.g., BPMN).
  • Good to have expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Understanding of API integrations and web technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications for the development team.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Develop use cases, workflow diagrams, and data models to support project requirements.
  • Participate in project planning, development, testing, and implementation phases.
  • Analyse existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the creation of training materials and documentation for end-users.
