The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end human resources functions including recruitment, payroll administration, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, labor laws), employee documentation, performance management, and general HR operations. This role ensures smooth HR processes while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Knowledge about Greyt Hr software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of HR experience with hands-on knowledge in payroll, compliance, and recruitment.
  • Certifications in HR/Payroll/Compliance (preferred).
