Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Mumbai for a Senior Brand Manager. The Senior Brand Manager will develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand visibility and market presence. Responsibilities include overseeing marketing plans, leading brand campaigns, analyzing market trends, optimizing customer acquisition strategies, and collaborating across teams to align branding efforts with company goals. The role also involves managing budgets, monitoring metrics, and ensuring initiatives align with the company's mission to revolutionize healthcare.

Qualifications

  • Strong strategic planning, brand management, and marketing expertise
  • Experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and campaign execution
  • Proven skills in market research, data analytics, and insight generation to support decision-making
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
  • Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams and projects to meet deadlines
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in brand management or a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or related industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Strong understanding of current healthcare market trends and consumer behavior is an advantage
