Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive located in Mahesana. The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and adhering to safety and compliance standards. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with different departments, overseeing inventory management, analyzing operational performance, and leading efforts to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Proven experience in Operations and Operations Management
  • Analytical Skills to analyze data and improve operational processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead teams effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Experience in the logistics or warehousing industry is a plus
