Role Summary:

Responsible for overseeing the design, execution, and performance of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire-fighting (MEPF) systems across student housing and school projects. The role ensures technical excellence, compliance, and cost efficiency from design validation through project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and validate MEPF system designs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire, BMS).
  • Lead vendor evaluations, tendering, and value engineering.
  • Supervise on-site installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • Manage MEPF budgets, approvals, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for timely delivery.

Qualifications:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; PG in MEP Design or Project Management preferred.
  • Strong experience in residential, institutional, or hospitality projects with sound technical and cost management expertise.
