Role Overview

As a Campus Ambassador, you will represent CareerElephant within your network, university, and extended community. Your role will focus on 
spreading awareness, generating leads, and converting interest into sales
. You will engage with students, professionals, and warm pre-qualified leads provided by us — ensuring you focus on 
relationship building and closing deals
 without the need for cold lead hunting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote CareerElephant's services, events, and initiatives within your network and on social media
  • Share promotional content and create brand awareness among peers and communities
  • Identify and generate potential leads, both on-campus and beyond
  • Connect with warm leads provided by our team via calls, emails, or virtual meetings
  • Understand client needs and present relevant solutions, including 
    career coaching, job placement, and recruitment services
  • Consistently follow up and ensure conversions
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback for reporting

Who Can Apply

  • Currently enrolled students or recent graduates (any discipline)
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Confident on phone/video calls and professional in written communication
  • Active on social media and comfortable promoting services online
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
  • Prior sales/ambassador experience is a plus, but not required

Earning Potential

With a 
15%–20% commission rate per closed deal
