Job Purpose:

The Finance Shared Services Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of non-IT positions within the finance domain, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent. This role focuses on partnering with business leaders, understanding hiring needs, and driving effective talent acquisition strategies to support the Finance Shared Services function.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruitment for Finance Shared Services roles including Accounts, Finance, Tax, Audit, Payroll, and other non-IT finance functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus networks.
  • Conduct interviews, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage the selection process.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reports to track hiring progress and ensure timely closures.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and external labor regulations.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the organization, promoting a positive candidate experience.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications in recruitment (optional, e.g., PHR, SHRM) are a plus.

Location: Hyderabad (WFO)

Skillset:

  • Finance/shared services recruitment experience.
  • Strong sourcing, networking & stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of finance roles & processes.
  • Communication & negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS/HR tools a plus.
