Roles & responsibilities

UI Design & Execution



•Create lo-fi and hi-fi screens, ensuring clarity and usability in dense, data-heavy interfaces.

•Apply enterprise design system components to ensure consistency and compliance.

•Provide component-level notes and documentation for design handoff.

Prototyping



•Build interactive prototypes in Figma to communicate design intent.

•Use prototypes to support stakeholder reviews, alignment, and usability testing.

Collaboration & Delivery



•Work across multiple audit applications, delivering high-quality UI design assets.

•Partner with UX designers, researchers, and product teams to refine user flows and visuals.

•Support developer-ready handoff, collaborating with Angular/React teams when needed.

Innovation & Growth



•Explore opportunities to design for AI-supported workflows and intelligent features.

Contribute to design quality discussions, ensuring a high standard of visual polish.

Mandatory  technical & functional skills



•Strong expertise in Figma (UI design, prototyping, component usage).

•Experience applying design systems to real-world products.

•Ability to create interactive prototypes for internal and user-facing validation.

Key behavioral attributes/requirements



•Detail-oriented approach with a focus on visual craftsmanship and polish.

•Experience with developer handoff (Angular/React) a plus.

•Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and enterprise-scale systems (preferred).

•Strong collaboration and communication skills in a global, remote team environment.
