Hi, Job Title: SAP CS ConsultantLocation: HyderabadJob Description:Key Responsibilities:Analyze business requirements and design SAP CS solutions to support customer service processes, such as service order management, returns processing, repairs, and warranty management. Configure and customize the SAP CS module to meet business needs, including service notifications, service contracts, equipment records, and service orders. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver end-to-end SAP CS implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

Ensure smooth integration between SAP CS and other modules like SD (Sales and Distribution), MM (Materials Management), and FI/CO (Financial Accounting and Controlling). Troubleshoot issues related to service processing and provide support for incidents and change requests. Conduct gap analysis and suggest process improvements to enhance the efficiency of service management operations.

Lead data migration activities related to customer service master data, service history, and equipment records. Develop and deliver end-user training and create detailed documentation on SAP CS processes and configurations. Provide ongoing post-implementation support and ensure the SAP CS module operates effectively within the overall SAP landscape.

Collaborate with key business users to optimize customer service operations, including field service management and warranty claims handling. Required Skills: 4-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP CS (Customer Service) module configuration and support. Strong understanding of service management processes, including service contracts, notifications, equipment management, and returns processing.

Expertise in integrating SAP CS with other SAP modules, such as SD, MM, and FI/CO.Experience in handling repairs, returns, and customer support scenarios using SAP CS.Knowledge of master data setup (equipment, functional locations, service materials). Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to service processes and integration points. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills: Experience in SAP S/4HANA environment is a plus. Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps for customer service. Knowledge of SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management) integration with SAP CS.Certification in SAP CS or related modules is an advantage.
