Position: Meta Ads Expert / Facebook Ads Specialist

Location: Jalandhar

Job Timing: 7PM – 5AM

Experience: 5-10

Employment Type: Full-Time (Night Shift)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Meta Ads Expert to plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing paid social campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and manage end-to-end Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.


• Set up targeting, budgeting, bidding strategies, and ad placements.


• Create, test, and optimize ad creatives and copy for maximum impact.


• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance against KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS).


• Implement Meta Pixel and custom conversions for accurate tracking.


• Use Audience Insights and data to build custom and lookalike audiences.


• Collaborate with the design and content teams for creative assets.


• Stay updated with Meta platform changes, policies, and best practices.


• Recommend strategies for scaling and improving ad performance.


• Manage monthly ad budgets effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.


• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).


• Strong knowledge of Ads Manager, Business Manager, and analytics tools.


• Proficiency in A/B testing and performance optimization techniques.


• Experience with remarketing and audience segmentation.


• Strong analytical and reporting skills.


• Knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution models, and funnel optimization.


• Excellent communication and project management skills.

• Experience with other paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn).


• Facebook Blueprint Certification.


• Experience in e-commerce or lead generation campaigns.
