Elite Cricket Academy and Sports Gear Private Limited (ECA) is the first Integrated Elite Indoor cricket training facility in Medavakkam, Chennai. Our facility offers modern training equipment, a gym, recovery services, an onsite retail store, and a box cricket area to provide a comprehensive training experience. Our mission is to provide a great learning environment for cricketers of all ages and genders, aiming to be amongst the top three indoor sports facilities in Chennai.
Role Description
This is a Full-time on-site role for an all-rounder Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper at Elite Cricket Academy. The role involves managing Centre Administration, supporting the coaching staff, managing student enrolments, website content management, social media management, bookkeeping, using accounting software Zoho to submit monthly GST and TDS returns, handling finance-related tasks, and creating journal entries (accounting) as part of day-to-day responsibilities. You will be learning and developing in a dynamic environment, where no two days will be the same.
Qualifications
- Administration in an office environment, working with Stakeholders like Coaching staff and customers, handling customer enquiries
- Financial Statements, Bookkeeping, and Accounting Software skills
- Experience in handling finance-related tasks and creating journal entries (accounting)
- Knowledge of financial management and accounting principles
- Social media content creation and initiating and managing business development activities
- Website and content management
- Administration in an office environment, working with Stakeholders
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and record-keeping
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Zoho software
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, experience in managing websites
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
