Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and procure interior design materials such as laminates, veneers, wood, paints, hardware, furniture, lighting, and décor items.
  • Obtain and compare vendor quotations to ensure best pricing and quality.
  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
  • Coordinate with design, project, and accounts teams for material approvals and billing.
  • Identify and develop reliable vendors and maintain long-term supplier relationships.
  • Negotiate rates, payment terms, and delivery schedules to meet project timelines.
  • Maintain proper documentation of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
  • Monitor material quality and report discrepancies or delays to the project manager.
  • Track procurement costs and contribute to cost control and budget adherence.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of procurement experience in the interior design or fit-out industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/procurement software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
