About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in accounting and finance operations, along with a solid understanding of bookkeeping, taxation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and vendor payments.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable; ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-ups.
  • Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
  • Reconcile company bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist with internal and external audits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP / Excel / accounting software.
  • Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and organizational abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
