Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer, Photographer, and Editor who can independently handle visual content creation from concept to final output. The role involves shooting high-quality photos and videos and editing them for digital, social media, and marketing purposes.

Key Responsibilities

Videography

  • Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality videos for marketing, social media, branding, and promotional use
  • Handle camera setup, lighting, framing, and audio during shoots
  • Shoot reels, short-form videos, product videos, behind-the-scenes content, and event coverage

Photography

  • Capture professional-quality photographs of products, people, events, and facilities
  • Ensure proper lighting, composition, and styling during photo shoots
  • Edit and retouch images as required

Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit videos using industry-standard software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
  • Perform color correction, basic motion graphics, transitions, sound syncing, and text overlays
  • Edit and retouch photos using tools like Photoshop and Lightroom
  • Deliver content in formats optimized for social media, websites, and marketing platforms

Creative Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand requirements
  • Suggest creative ideas, visual styles, and storytelling approaches
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and timelines

Asset Management

  • Maintain and organize raw footage, edited files, and creative assets
  • Ensure timely delivery of content as per schedules

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and composition
  • Proficiency in video editing and photo editing software
  • Ability to handle shoots and edits independently
  • Good understanding of social media content formats and trends
  • Attention to detail and creativity
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fashion, retail, hospitality, or product-based brands (preferred)
  • Knowledge of drone videography (optional)
  • Basic graphic design or motion graphics skills (added advantage)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
