Job Overview
The Jr Executive HR & Admin position at Doshion PolyScience Pvt Ltd is a full-time, junior-level role based in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience and play a pivotal role in supporting end-to-end HR and administrative functions. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to smooth HR operations, enhance organizational efficiency, and assist in talent management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Recruitment & Talent Sourcing (Mandatory skill): Experienced in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- HR Operations & Documentation (Mandatory skill): Skilled in maintaining employee records, managing HR files, and ensuring compliance with HR processes and policies.
- Payroll Coordination & Attendance Management (Mandatory skill): Competent in processing payroll inputs, coordinating with the finance department, and accurate attendance and leave management.
- Employee Engagement & Communication: Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute engagement activities, facilitate clear team communication, and foster a positive workplace environment.
- Administrative & Vendor Management Skills: Capable of overseeing office administration tasks, coordinating facility management, and liaising effectively with external vendors and service providers as needed.
- MS Office & HRIS/HRMS Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiar with using HRIS or HRMS platforms for various HR processes and reporting.
- People Handling & Problem-Solving: Strong interpersonal skills with ability to handle employee grievances, resolve conflicts, and manage multi-level communication smoothly.
- Performance Management Support: Experience assisting in appraisal cycles, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and providing administrative support to performance management initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Manage HR documentation, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure compliance with statutory and company policies.
- Facilitate the monthly payroll process by collating attendance data and supporting payroll execution in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Handle day-to-day administrative operations including vendor coordination, office supplies management, and facility upkeep support.
- Assist in organizing and executing employee engagement events, training sessions, and other HR-driven initiatives to boost team morale.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, benefits, and provide prompt resolutions.
- Support the performance appraisal process by assisting with data collation, documentation, and scheduling appraisal discussions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices by suggesting new processes or technologies that streamline HR and administrative tasks.
