Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with 4 years of experience to join our dynamic product team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a proven track record of designing seamless, engaging, and intuitive web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Design and deliver high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into iterative design solutions.
  • Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and accessible across different devices and screen sizes.
  • Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Design, Fine Arts, HCI, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, or other design tools.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills across web and mobile platforms.
  • Deep understanding of responsive design, design systems, and user-centered design principles.
  • Experience working in agile product development environments.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in designing SaaS or enterprise-level applications
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus
  • Experience with motion design or micro-interactions is a bonus.
  • Exposure to design thinking frameworks and running user workshops.
