Job Title: Field Sales Executive Products: Collapsible Furniture & Footwear (Shoes)Position Overview The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of collapsible furniture (space-saving, portable solutions) and shoes (casual, formal, or sportswear) to retail outlets, distributors, and end customers. This is an on-ground role focused on expanding market reach, developing retail partnerships, and driving consistent sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients — including retail stores, furniture showrooms, and footwear dealers.
  • Demonstrate collapsible furniture features (portability, design, durability) and showcase shoe collections.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with distributors and retailers for repeat business.
  • Conduct field visits to monitor product placement, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and promotional offers.
  • Report daily activities and market insights to the Sales Manager.
  • Participate in local exhibitions, trade fairs, or brand activations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG, footwear, or furniture sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Sales volume and revenue growth.
  • Number of new retail accounts opened.
  • Customer retention and repeat order rates.
  • Timely reporting and feedback accuracy.
