About the Role

We are looking for a skilled BIM (Building Information Modeling) Trainer to deliver high-quality training on BIM tools, workflows, and industry standards. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in BIM software and the ability to teach students and professionals in an engaging and structured manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training on BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, SketchUp, BIM 360, and other relevant tools.
• Teach BIM concepts including 3D modeling, coordination, clash detection, quantity take-off, documentation, and BIM workflows.
• Prepare training materials, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
• Guide learners in hands-on projects and real-time BIM workflows.
• Stay updated with current industry practices and incorporate them into training sessions.
• Provide support and feedback to students to help them improve their technical skills.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and corporate training programs when required.
• Maintain training documentation and student progress reports.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of BIM tools:
• Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, MEP)
• Navisworks
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp (optional)
• BIM 360 or other project collaboration tools
• Relevant certifications (Autodesk Certified Professional) are an advantage.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, understandable ways.
• Prior training/teaching experience preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
