About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate BIM (Building Information Modeling) Trainer to join our team. The trainer will be responsible for delivering professional training sessions on BIM software and workflows to students, professionals, and corporate clients. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, hands-on project experience, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions on BIM tools such as Revit Architcture, Revit Structure, Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Tekla, Dynamo, BIM 360, and other related software.
  • Teach students the fundamentals of BIM, including modeling, coordination, clash detection, quantity take-off, and project documentation.
  • Develop course content, training materials, practical assignments, and case studies.
  • Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and technical support to trainees during and after the course.
  • Assess student performance through tests, projects, and feedback sessions.
  • Collaborate with the academic and placement team to enhance course offerings.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Revit Architecture, Structure, and MEP is a must.
  • Knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, Dynamo, Tekla, and ArchiCAD preferred.
  • Strong understanding of BIM workflows in design, construction, and facility management.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, student-friendly manner.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management or a related field.
  • Certification in BIM or relevant software will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of industry experience in BIM execution and 1+ year in training/mentoring (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17, ₹30,000.00 per month
