Role Overview

As a
Revenue Operations Analyst
, you will work closely with the leadership, sales, and customer success teams to ensure smooth operations, accurate data tracking, and revenue optimization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and enabling business growth. Freshers with strong analytical and organizational skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support revenue operations by managing and analyzing data across CRM and internal systems.
  • Create reports and dashboards to provide insights on sales, renewals, and customer success performance.
  • Assist in forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue tracking.
  • Ensure data accuracy, standardization, and documentation across tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to identify gaps and improve efficiency.
  • Support the implementation of tools, automation, and workflows to streamline revenue processes.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field (open to fresh graduates).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
