We are looking for a skilled Food & Beverage Service Team Member to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and be able to provide excellent customer service.

*Roles and Responsibility*

  • Manage food and beverage service operations to ensure high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to prepare and cook food items according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of food preparation areas, including refrigeration and storage facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, such as proper food handling and temperature control.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.

*Job Requirements*

  • Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or culinary arts preferred.
