What You'll do:

  • Own and drive the 
    product roadmap-
    from concept to launch to scale.
  • Build products for both 
    businesses (B2B)
     and 
    end-users (B2C)
    .
  • Design and optimize 
    LiveOps systems
     that boost engagement and retention.
  • Integrate 
    AI-driven insights, personalization, and automation
     into product experiences.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, ops, and community to 
    ship fast
    .
  • Use data + AI tools + intuition to experiment, learn, and double down on what works.
  • Stay ahead of the curve in 
    blockchain, tokenomics, and decentralized ecosystems
    .

What we're looking for:

  • 4-12 years in product, with proven 
    ownership of roadmaps and teams
    .
  • Experience scaling 
    B2B + B2C products
    .
  • Solid understanding of 
    LiveOps, gaming, or community-led platforms
    .
  • Exposure to 
    AI in product
     (recommendation systems, personalization, automation, generative AI, etc.).
  • Hands-on knowledge of 
    blockchain, Web3 products, or token design
    .
  • Startup DNA: bias for action, thrive in ambiguity, get things done.

Bonus points if you've:

  • Built products where 
    AI + blockchain intersect
    .
  • Shipped consumer apps/games with 
    LiveOps or large-scale user engagement
    .
  • Been in a fast-paced Web3 or AI-native startup.
