We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting recruitment efforts, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. This role is crucial in fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate data submission
  • Manage employee leave, attendance, and benefits administration
  • Coordinate training and development programs
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are up to date and comply with labor laws
  • Handle employee grievances and escalate when necessary
  • Support performance review and appraisal processes
  • Contribute to employee engagement and wellness initiatives
  • Prepare HR reports and assist in audits as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in an HR role (executive or generalist level preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
