Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily activities on the floor and ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide guidance or training when required.
  • Allocate tasks and ensure that all work is completed on time and up to standard.
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., inventory, service, quality control) for workflow efficiency.
  • Address and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in floor operations.
  • Maintain daily records, shift reports, and incident logs.
  • Conduct floor inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to standards.
  • Handle customer or client interactions when required (especially in retail/service industries).
  • Report operational issues and feedback to higher management regularly.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred based on industry).
  • 2–5 years of experience in floor supervision or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, ERP/DMS software depending on industry).
  • Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
  • Knowledge of safety and quality standards.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
