About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA and System Integration (SI) projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional expertise, an analytical mindset, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP S/4 solutions that drive business value and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver functional design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA modules within large-scale transformation or SI programs.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis, prepare functional specifications, and guide technical teams in implementation.
  • Support data migration, testing (unit, SIT, UAT), cutover, and go-live activities.
  • Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless connectivity between S/4HANA and surrounding systems.
  • Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of functional consulting experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout projects.
  • Proven hands-on experience in at least one core functional module (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, or PM).
  • Good understanding of end-to-end business processes and how they are enabled within S/4HANA.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to connect business needs with system capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Passionate about digital transformation and SAP S/4 innovation.
