Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Fresher Interns with a background in B. Com, M. Com, or MBA (Finance) to join our team as Microsoft Dynamics AX Functional Consultant Interns. This role is ideal for candidates eager to build a career in ERP consulting, specifically in Microsoft Dynamics AX (Finance domain). You will be trained and guided by senior consultants and will assist in various stages of the project lifecycle including requirement gathering, configuration support, testing, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in understanding and documenting client business processes related to finance.
  • Learn and support Microsoft Dynamics AX finance modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Taxation, and Cash & Bank.
  • Participate in requirement gathering sessions and help prepare basic documentation.
  • Support senior consultants in analysing business needs and identifying gaps between requirements and standard AX functionalities.
  • Assist in preparing Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), test cases, and user manuals under guidance.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including executing test scenarios and documenting results.
  • Provide first-level support to end-users by recording issues and sharing them with senior consultants for resolution.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and basic data analysis using tools like Excel or Power BI (training provided).
  • Support end-user training sessions by preparing training materials and reference guides.
  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to support day-to-day project operations.
  • Learn ERP implementation methodologies such as Microsoft Sure Step and apply them to assigned tasks.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Freshers with B. Com, M. Com, MBA (Finance) or any finance-related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of basic finance and accounting concepts.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Willingness to learn Microsoft Dynamics AX and other ERP concepts.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; basic knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Eagerness to take ownership, learn quickly, and adapt to project requirements.
