Job Overview

We are seeking a Vendor Coordinator for the Manufacturing Industry to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4-6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing vendor relationships and ensuring seamless supply chain operations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in SAP for effective vendor management and supply chain coordination (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in Supplier Relationship Management to foster and maintain strategic partnerships (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in Purchase Order Management to ensure timely and accurate order processing (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong skills in Contract Negotiation to secure favorable terms and agreements with vendors.
  • Capability in implementing and monitoring Quality Control Processes to ensure product standards are met.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of Just-In-Time (JIT) Inventory Management to optimize stock levels efficiently.
  • Ability to conduct Supply Chain Analysis to identify improvement areas and enhance efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services, maintaining optimal inventory levels.
  • Manage purchase orders from initiation to fulfillment, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure cost-effective procurement and resolve disputes efficiently.
  • Maintain updated records of vendor contracts, product specifications, and pricing agreements.
  • Implement quality control measures to assess vendor compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with departments to align vendor capabilities with company needs and objectives.
  • Analyze supply chain performance and develop strategies to optimize processes and minimize costs.
  • Enhance supplier relationships through regular communication and performance evaluations.
