Job Overview:

We are seeking an Airport Support Representative to join our team in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to airport customers and ensuring a smooth and efficient travel experience. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist passengers at the airport, including check-in, baggage drop, and boarding procedures

- Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and gate changes

- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the airport terminal

- Coordinate with other airport staff and airlines to ensure a seamless travel experience for passengers

- Handle and process baggage and cargo in accordance with safety and security regulations

- Assist with special needs passengers and provide support to elderly or disabled individuals

- Conduct security screenings and ensure compliance with all airport safety protocols

- Maintain accurate records and reports of passenger interactions and incidents

- Stay updated on airline policies, procedures, and regulations to provide accurate information to passengers

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the aviation industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Knowledge of airport operations and procedures is a plus

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is an asset

- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
