Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Social Media & Influencer Marketing Executive to develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies and manage influencer marketing campaigns for our diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker who is passionate about building online communities and leveraging the power of influencers to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management:

  • Develop, execute, and manage social media content calendars and strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

  • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, trends, and user engagement, responding to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing and effective social media assets.

Influencer Marketing:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns aligned with client objectives.

  • Identify, vet, and build relationships with relevant influencers and content creators who align with client brand values and target audiences.

  • Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with influencers, ensuring clear deliverables and compliance with regulations.

  • Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing detailed reports and insights on key metrics such as reach, engagement, and ROI.

  • Maintain a comprehensive database of influencers and their contact information.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize social media analytics tools to measure campaign performance and generate data-driven insights.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on social media and influencer marketing performance to clients and internal teams.

  • Recommend optimizations and new strategies based on data analysis to continuously improve results.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive, Influencer Marketing Specialist, or a similar role, preferably within a marketing agency environment.

  • Demonstrable knowledge of major social media platforms and their respective best practices.

  • Experience in identifying, vetting, and collaborating with influencers.

  • Strong understanding of social media advertising and campaign management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for creative and compelling storytelling.

  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • A creative and strategic mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
