Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Intern
 located in Delhi, India. The intern will play a key role in 
regenerating and qualifying leads
, conducting market research, and engaging potential clients to identify business opportunities. You will act as the first point of contact for prospects, ensuring that inquiries are handled promptly and meaningfully, and converting potential interest into actionable business opportunities.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Supporting lead generation initiatives by identifying, nurturing, and qualifying potential prospects.
  • Engaging with prospects through calls, emails, or other channels to convert interest into actionable opportunities.
  • Conducting market research and analyzing data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and uncover new opportunities.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate tracking of leads.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insights on lead quality and business trends.
  • Preparing reports to highlight opportunities, track progress, and suggest process improvements.
  • Developing communication materials and supporting customer outreach initiatives to strengthen relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to assess data and identify business trends.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to engage prospects effectively and foster relationships.
  • Experience or interest in 
    lead generation, qualifying leads, and follow-ups
    .
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Familiarity with technology and enterprise services is advantageous.
