Job Overview

The Access Change Execution Specialist is responsible for executing the addition, modification, and revocation of various information system accounts and permissions based on approved requests, ensuring accurate, timely, and traceable permission configurations to meet the company's information security, internal control, and audit requirements. This role focuses on execution and compliance, and is not responsible for permission design. Core Responsibilities

I. Permission Change Execution

Execute system permission activation, adjustment, and deactivation based on work orders/approval processes.

Systems covered include: OA, ERP, financial systems, CRM, business systems, databases, cloud platforms, etc.

Strictly configure permissions according to job responsibilities and the principle of least privilege.

Complete permission change tasks within the stipulated SLA.

II. Permission Ledger and Record Keeping

Record the system, permission scope, approval information, and execution time for each permission change.

Maintain the permission change ledger and operation logs.

Ensure that the permission change process is auditable and traceable.

III. Account Lifecycle Support

Collaborate with HR to handle permission operations related to employee onboarding, transfers, and departures.

Promptly revoke permissions for departing employees, contractors, or temporary accounts.

Support the management of third-party and temporary access permissions.

IV. Audit and Compliance Support

Provide permission data and execution records to internal/external auditors.

Support periodic access reviews/recertification.

Report any abnormal permissions or unauthorized access immediately.

V. Process Execution and Optimization Support

Strictly adhere to company permission management processes and information security policies.

Assist in improving permission change operation guidelines and execution checklists.

Provide suggestions for improvement on issues encountered during process execution (not involving policy formulation).

Qualifications

Education Background

Associate degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Management, or Information Security.

Experience and Skills

1-3 years of experience in IT operations, Service Desk, system support, or permission management preferred.

Understanding of basic concepts of accounts, roles, and permissions (RBAC, principle of least privilege).

Experience in industries with high audit requirements (finance, listed companies) is a plus.

Tools and Abilities

Familiarity with AD/LDAP/IAM/various business system permission operations.

Ability to strictly follow processes and approval results, without exceeding authority.

Proficient in using work order systems, Excel, or ledger tools.

Personal Qualities

Meticulous and rigorous, strong risk and compliance awareness.

Strong execution ability, capable of handling standardized and repetitive tasks.
