We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented ERP/Odoo Business Analyst to join our growing team. This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to plan, design, and implement ERP solutions that drive business success.

Hiring: Business Analyst ERP / Odoo Projects

Location: Chennai / Bengaluru

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with clients to understand and document business processes and define solution scope.
  • Identify project milestones and prepare detailed workflow charts and documentation.
  • Act as the primary liaison for project planning, scheduling, and deliverables.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams and vice versa.
  • Track project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular status updates.
  • Lead Agile teams through sprint planning, prioritization, and reviews.
  • Conduct UAT sessions and deliver end-user training.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to define clear, actionable requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery methods and internal documentation.
  • Mentor and guide junior BAs within the team.

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university.
  • 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Odoo implementation.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing/supply chain processes and ERP modules (Purchasing, Inventory, Accounts, Quality, etc.) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in BI tools and strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Certifications in Business Analysis or Project Management are an added advantage.
