We are looking for a Business Development Manager with proven experience in selling Business Intelligence & Data Analytics services, specifically Power BI and Tableau solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services sales, expertise in positioning BI & data visualization solutions, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end business development for Power BI and Tableau consulting, implementation, and support services.
  • Identify and target potential clients in industries requiring data analytics, reporting, and visualization solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos highlighting the value of Power BI and Tableau.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to create customized proposals, solutions, and pricing models.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and account growth.
  • Research and analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting using CRM tools.
  • Attend networking events, webinars, and industry forums to generate leads and build brand presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–6 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within IT services.
  • Proven track record of selling Power BI, Tableau, or other BI/Analytics solutions.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization, dashboards, analytics workflows, and BI implementation processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create persuasive business proposals and ROI-driven pitches.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Nice to Have

  • Existing client network in industries such as Finance, Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or E-commerce.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) as they integrate with BI tools.
  • Experience in cross-selling IT services along with BI offerings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹70,000.00 per month
