Summary:

The Offshore Delivery Lead is a senior leadership role responsible for managing end-to-end Application Managed Services (AMS) delivery from offshore, ensuring operational excellence, strong client engagement, and effective governance. This position requires deep AMS management experience, ownership of financial performance (including P&L), and top-tier communication skills to interface seamlessly with global stakeholders. Candidates must demonstrate a stable work history and the ability to consistently meet service expectations while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage offshore AMS delivery teams, ensuring SLA/KPI adherence and high-quality service execution.

  • Serve as the primary offshore point of contact for client stakeholders, supporting governance meetings, escalations, and service reviews.

  • Oversee ITIL-based service management processes, including incident, problem, change, and release management.

  • Own financial and operational metrics, including P&L accountability, resource planning, and cost optimization.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, operational maturity, and delivery standardization.

  • Collaborate closely with onsite leads and global delivery teams to ensure seamless communication and coordinated execution.

  • Produce regular performance reports and participate in QBRs, steering committees, and strategic planning sessions.

  • Support transition, onboarding, and stabilization activities for new or evolving AMS engagements.

-Maintain partial overlap with US time zones for 2–3 hours daily to support real-time collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Mandatory: Proven, hands-on AMS delivery management experience in a senior or lead capacity.

  • Strong understanding of ITIL, service governance, and managed services operational frameworks.

  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and client engagement skills.

  • Demonstrated stable work history with long-term accountability in prior roles.

  • Experience working in global delivery or multi-geography AMS environments.

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-visibility offshore leadership role with consistent US time-zone overlap.

  • Strong written and verbal English (required)

  • Experience with US/EU companies (preferred)

Rate: $30-40 USD/hour gross

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2, ₹3,545.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
