Job Description:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Peoplesoft HCM 9.2 (Tools 8.54 or above) in a business analyst/ functional tester role

  • Experience in functional testing of Workforce Administration, Benefits, Absence Management, North America Payroll modules

  • Experience in creating test plans, test scripts and awareness of end-to-end testing across modules

  • Experience in integration testing of PeopleSoft with third party vendor interfaces

  • Strong analytical skills to understand business requirement, and translate to functional document for technical team

  • Excellent SQL knowledge is required to validate data and test results

  • Exposure to Agile methodology would be an added advantage

  • Good communication skills and business language acumen is required for client facing role and business demos

  • Exposure to HP-ALM, qTest or other testing tools
