PeopleSoft People tools, PeopleSoft HCM
- Expertise in PeopleSoft People tools concepts like Application Engine, SQR, Component Interface, Application Designer etc.
- Working experience in Approval Workflow, Integration Broker and other Advanced People tools concepts is desirable
- Working experience in PeopleSoft modules : Core HR,Benefits,North America Payroll is mandatory
- Working exposure in PeopleSoft Financials - Implementation / Enhancement or any Development Efforts is mandatory.
- Strong skills in gathering and documenting business requirements, performing fit gap analysis, provide bespoke solutions and writing functional specifications
- Troubleshoot the issues reported in PeopleSoft using Functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM
- Team Player and ability to work in a cross functional team environment.
- Good Time Management and pro-actively seeks to make continuous improvements.
- Able to meet deadlines within stipulated time.
- Experience in operational is advantageous.
**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: ₹8,088.09 - ₹91,464.62 per month
