Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram, India for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include client acquisition, maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Management, Sales Strategies, and achieving sales targets
  • Client Acquisition, Client Relationship Management, and Market Research skills
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Leadership skills
  • Proficiency in preparing Sales Reports and collaborating with other departments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in logistics or e-commerce industry is a plus
